We always want to help our customers, but refunds cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared, as this would result in a loss. We will always do our best to take action before this happens, but please understand we cannot guarantee a refund.

We’re currently working toward providing full nutritional information, but it isn’t something we have available just yet. We’re a small company with fewer than 250 employees, so unfortunately the details aren’t ready at the moment.

We don’t take table bookings, but all of our sites have seating, so you’ll usually be able to find a spot when you visit.

When placing your order, you’ll be asked to choose your dietary preference: Meat, Halal (chicken), Vegan, Vegetarian, or Dairy-Free. Based on your choice, we’ll provide you with a selection of our delicious sandwich fillings that suit your preference. You can view these fillings on our menu page.

For our savouries, we provide four bites per person, with each person receiving a portion of homemade scotch egg, sausage roll, mini samosa, and spring roll. For our sweets, we provide four bites per person, with each person receiving a selection of sweet treats, which could include brownie, cake, mini donuts and more!

Our catering services cover most areas across Bristol and London. When placing your order, make sure you put your postcode in and check that you’re ordering from the right store.

Orders can be amended up to 48 hours before the delivery date. After this time, changes cannot be made.

Next-day catering orders are accepted until 1pm the day before. For larger orders, we recommend placing them a little further in advance.

All VAT information is included at the bottom of your confirmation email, next to the order total. You can also download it as a PDF for your records.
