ALLERGEN & DIETARY INFORMATION
ALLERGENS FAQS
We provide allergen information for all of our products. The 14 legally recognised allergens are listed in our allergen information and are identified against individual menu items.
The 14 regulated allergens are: cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin and molluscs.
You can view our latest allergen information by scanning the allergen QR code displayed in our stores.
You can view our latest allergen information by scanning the allergen QR code displayed in our stores.
The QR code links to our most up-to-date allergen information for all products. If you are unable to access the QR code, please ask a member of our team, who can provide the information for you.
Please check the allergen information each time you order, as recipes, ingredients and suppliers may change.
We will always do our best to accommodate customers with food allergies. However, because our food is prepared in a kitchen and on a deli where multiple allergens are handled, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contact.
No. Even where an ingredient does not intentionally contain a particular allergen, there may be a risk of cross-contact during preparation, cooking, assembly or service.
Please speak to a member of the team before ordering. We can advise whether a suitable modification is possible. We cannot assume that removing an ingredient makes the finished product safe for someone with an allergy.
Please tell a member of our team before placing your order. Customers with severe allergies should review the allergen information and discuss their requirements with a member of staff. Due to the way our kitchens operate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Our recipes and suppliers can change, so allergen information can change too. Please check the current allergen information using the QR code each time you order rather than relying on information from a previous visit.
Some ingredients supplied to us may carry precautionary allergen information such as “may contain”. These warnings are taken into account when we assess our products and allergen information.
No. A product being gluten-free does not mean that it is free from all other allergens. If you have an allergy, please check the specific allergen information for the product.
We identify products that are suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets where applicable. However, vegan or vegetarian does not automatically mean allergen-free, so customers with allergies should still check the allergen information.
Yes. Please request allergen information when placing your catering order. Because catering menus and ingredients can vary, we will provide the relevant information for the products being supplied.
Please ask before ordering. If a member of our team cannot confidently confirm the allergen information, they should check with a manager before the product is served.
What to Do If You Have a Food Allergy

You can view our most up-to-date allergen information by scanning the allergen QR code displayed in our stores. Please check this information each time you order, as ingredients, recipes and suppliers may change.
Our deli and kitchen handle a wide range of ingredients, including all 14 regulated allergens. Food is prepared and served in shared areas, so cross-contact between allergens can occur and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of other allergens.
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please make this clear to a member of the team before ordering. We can discuss the allergen information and available options with you.
Please do not rely on assumptions or previous visits. If you are unsure about a product or its ingredients, please ask. Our team will check with a manager where necessary rather than guess. If we cannot confidently confirm the allergen information for a product, we will not recommend that product to you.
